What Will You Do:


  • Provide the technical qualification and own the technical parts of proposals submitted to customers through knowledge of SITA portfolio solutions and evolving technologies in ATI industry.
  • Design / coordinate development of standard and complex solutions which may involve multiple parties both internally and externally including the selection of 3rd party vendor to meet customer requirements.
  • Building business case that comprises of all the solution components that includes both software and infrastructure solution and pricing, and getting stakeholders’ concurrence on the same, and getting business approval.
  • Handing over the solution to Delivery organization for the successful customer bid and supporting the delivery over a period to get the solution delivered as per the solution designed.
  • Promote SITA by furnishing customers with comprehensive up-to-date information on current products product enhancements and new solutions through customer meetings and workshops. Facilitate designs to be efficiently implemented Right the First Time (RFT) and supported operationally.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to gain and share ideas and opportunities.
  • Lead mentor and coach staff and organize technical training and certification on the products and technologies supporting the ATI.
  • Support account team or competency centers during the pre-contract phases (qualification proposal and contract) with technical designs and advice.
  • Participate in the development of technical account strategies with the sales team to ensure maximum account penetration and commercial benefits for SITA in the long term.


Qualifications:


EXPERIENCE


  • BS level Technical Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering Computer Technologies
  • Having Airport certification (IATA/ICAO) is a great plus.
  • Having Cloud certified (Azure) is a great plus.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Technologies
  • 10+ years of experience of experience in Information Technology Industry.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical Pre-Sales or consulting (business and technical) role.
  • 5+ years of experience in Airport Transport Industry technology.
  • Intimate with Airport business process is essential.
  • Well versed in Airport business solutions is mandatory, including Airport Passenger Processing Systems (such as Common-Use, Passenger Reconciliation, Passenger Flow Management, Self Service and Biometric Solution, DCS Integration, LDCS, etc.), Baggage Management Systems (such as Baggage Reconciliation, Bag Message, Lost & Found, etc.), and Airport Operation Systems (such as AODB, Fixed and Mobile Resource Management, ACDM, Airport Vision, Airport Voice, etc.).
  • Familiar with Airport solution infrastructure, e.g., on-prem and cloud hosting, networking (WAN and LAN), various server hardware & software stack, edge equipment, and airport common-use peripherals, etc.
  • Having Airport certification (IATA/ICAO) is great plus.
  • Exposure to biometric application, data analytics & business intelligence is a great plus.
  • Experience in software development and integration services is great plus.
  • Good knowledge on accounting and financials is great plus.
  • Strong communication skills with good customer engagement experiences.
  • Great team player that can work with diversified cross-functional teams that are located cross different time zones.
  • Great passion in supporting deal-closing.
  • Proven track record in producing, communicating, and documenting successful customer solutions.
